Prep Spray

Meguiar’s Surface Prep is a ready-to-use inspection spray formulated for professional detailing. Use it before paint correction to remove contaminants that can clog pads, during correction to inspect the finish, or as a final preparation step before applying a coating or touch-up paint.

The formula quickly removes dust, compound and polishing residue, and oils to reveal the paint’s true condition and help prepare the surface for bonding. It is body-shop safe, contains no heavy solvent load, and is formulated not to swell or stain paint. Its versatile, cost-effective formulation also provides lubrication during residue removal.
